Our firm works tirelessly with clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another person or company.  We have successfully represented clients on contingent fee bases in automobile accident cases (including full tort and limited tort, premises liability matters (slip/trip and fall), and other negligence-based claims.

Michael Galbraith is also the Deputy Director of The Dispute Resolution Institute (which is located in the same office suite as Galbraith Law, LLC).  In addition to his private practice, Michael works closely with Harris T. Bock, Esq. (Director of The Dispute Resolution Institute) on arbitrations, mediations, and court-appointed special master positions.  In addition, Michael serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.



ESTATE PLANNING, ADMINISTRATION & LITIGATION

The diminution of a loved one's legal and mental capacity is an emotionally trying time for families.  We represent clients seeking the appointment as guardian for their incapacitated family members and loved ones.  We offer assistance in preparing the necessary reports to the court, as well as helping clients make decisions regarding financial and living arrangements.
